Import and export documents in accordance with Article 150 of the Customs Code of the Republic of Albania,
According to the import of goods,
- Customs declaration,
- Invoice,
- Transport document,
- Packing list,
- As well as any other document necessary if the application of a preferential tariff regime or any other measure to which the normative rules applicable to the declared goods do not apply is requested, as well as documents necessary for the implementation of the provisions governing the release for free circulation of the declared goods.
According to the export of goods,
- Customs declaration,
- Invoice,
- Transport document
- As well as any document necessary for the implementation of trade policy measures and other laws regulating the export of goods.
Declaration of goods at Customs
Customs declaration is the presentation of goods entering or delivered from the territory of the Republic of Albania to the customs authorities to carry out procedures according to one of the declaration methods.
Customs representation:
Every physical or legal person has the right to declare goods to customs through a representative.
- Representation can be:
- a)Direct representation: when the representative declares in the name and on behalf of the represented.
b) Indirect representation: when the representative declares in his own name and on behalf of the represented.
A customs representative must be located in the customs territory of the Republic of Albania.
3. Based on the decision of the Council of Ministers shall determine the conditions under which a customs representative may provide services in the Republic of Albania.
